What you will do
- Manage daily credit control, collections, customer accounts, and receivables updates.
- Submit invoices through customer portals and maintain accurate collection records.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and customers on account evaluations, billing discrepancies, payment variances, and collection matters.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve collection issues.
- Analyze credit memos and write-offs, prepare collection forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
- Conduct customer credit reviews, monitor credit exposure, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end closing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and financial systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and handle ad-hoc tasks professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
