Director, Storylabs (AI)

Location: Onsite in the Santa Clara, California office

Salary: $211,000–$338,000 USD annual base salary, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Partner with C-suite executives to architect high-stakes keynote presentations and executive-ready visual stories.
• Translate AI, cloud infrastructure, data management, and cyber resilience concepts into articles, whitepapers, blogs, and other thought-leadership content.
• Lead end-to-end production of executive videos and digital storytelling campaigns, including creative partners and production budgets.
• Establish repeatable editorial standards, content governance, and visual workflows for executive communications.
• Track reach and engagement metrics and use performance data to refine enterprise storytelling strategies.

Requirements

• Expertise in narrative structure, technical storytelling, visual design, and presentation typography.
• Strong B2B and enterprise technology literacy, including cloud infrastructure, data management, and AI trends.
• Experience advising senior leadership and constructively refining executive positioning.
• Advanced hands-on skills with PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma.
• Work from the Santa Clara, CA office is expected, except during PTO, business travel, or other approved leave.
