Regional Credit Admin Manager (Technology Finance)

Annual base salary: $125,000–$255,000

What you will do

• Lead portfolio managers responsible for credit approval, administration, and monitoring across a $1.7 billion Huntington Technology Finance portfolio.
• Establish and manage credit administration and review systems that protect portfolio quality and profitability.
• Make credit approval decisions and advise on lending opportunities exceeding regional approval limits.
• Identify problem credits and coordinate restructuring or loss-mitigation efforts with portfolio managers and loan workout specialists.
• Advise staff, officers, and business units on lending policies while collaborating across regions and lines of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience underwriting, analyzing, and managing commercial credit relationships.
• Experience with mid- to large-ticket commercial credit and either small-ticket or scorecard analysis experience, or the aptitude to learn these disciplines.
• Strong management, mentoring, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, business partners, peers, and internal teams in a high-volume environment.
