Salary: $113,686.65–$136,216.50 USD annually, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the commercial credit process for prospects and clients, partnering with relationship managers on loan origination.
• Develop financing structures that address borrowing needs and support commercial relationships.
• Underwrite, structure, and document complex and high-value transactions above the designated threshold.
• Monitor the assigned portfolio, identify performance trends and credit issues, and develop remediation solutions.
• Maintain credit process metrics and manage risk evaluation and compliance requirements, including AML, CRA/HMDA, and Reg B.
• Review interim new money requests within the assigned authority limit.

Requirements

• Onsite position in Miami, Florida, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in commercial underwriting.
• Subject matter expert understanding of accounting, finance, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Completion of a major corporate credit training program or equivalent corporate banking or corporate finance experience.
• Qualifications and experience suitable for consideration at a higher level.
