Process Lead, Product & Technology Delivery

Location: Miami, FL, United States; primarily a sedentary office position with physical and office/site presence requirements.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional discovery to map current-state processes across the full software and product development lifecycle, from intake and planning through build, testing, release, and support.
• Identify process gaps, redundancies, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies, then design scalable future-state processes.
• Partner with engineering, product, QA, design, architecture, security, and operations leaders to align and formalize standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain process maps, playbooks, RACI models, templates, and guides in a central source of truth.
• Define and report metrics for process adherence, maturity, and delivery efficiency, translating data into leadership insights.
• Plan process rollouts, facilitate workshops and governance forums, manage change and training, and maintain continuous-improvement feedback loops.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in process improvement, process design and documentation, program or project management, delivery management, or a related field.
• Proven experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes in a software or technology delivery environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC/PDLC practices and Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to lead through influence and build alignment across teams and leaders without direct authority.
• Experience gathering, organizing, and governing standards across multiple teams or business units.
• Experience with value stream mapping, swimlanes, SIPOC, and BPMN.
• Experience defining KPIs and building reports or dashboards to track adherence and performance.
• Excellent facilitation, written communication, and executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex processes.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, PMP, SAFe, CSM, CBPP, or another process certification.
• Change management training such as Prosci.
• Experience establishing a Delivery Excellence, PMO, or Engineering Operations function.
• Experience in a large, multi-team enterprise environment.
• Experience with GitHub, Claude, Lucid, or comparable technologies.
