Associate Project Manager (Language Services)

Location: Hybrid in Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico. Home-based work is available for workers in any location in Colombia.

What you will do

• Manage small to mid-sized translation projects end-to-end, including requirements, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, freelance linguists, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track performance, prepare reports, resolve issues, and support project documentation.
• Support quality control, investigations, 5 Whys and Root Cause Analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate automation and technology-driven solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Share expertise and support training and mentoring for junior staff.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management experience in translation, localization, or language services.
• Experience with CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDFs, XML, PowerPoint, and other document formats.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• CV must be submitted in English; applications with CVs in other languages will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with life sciences translation projects in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, clinical research, or biotechnology.
• Additional project management or coordination experience.
