Associate Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Support Solution Architects, Practice Managers, and Senior Services Delivery Managers with project scheduling, status tracking, documentation, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with consulting, technical delivery, practice, and operations stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
• Create, update, and track project plans, risks, action logs, reports, and engagement metrics.
• Attend customer meetings, capture notes and follow-ups, and track next steps.
• Support statements of work, project artifacts, customer onboarding materials, and delivery operations initiatives.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in project coordination, consulting, customer success, or delivery support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; bilingual Spanish and English proficiency is required.
• Ability to work across multiple projects, stakeholders, teams, and tools.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn professional services delivery methodologies and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical or customer-facing teams.
• Exposure to Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Understanding of data, cloud, or SaaS concepts.
