Solution Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role includes travel.

What you will do

• Build trusted technical relationships with customers and understand their security needs, challenges, and goals.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product to align solutions with customer requirements and improve product capabilities.
• Support technical Proofs of Concept and lead pre-deployment readiness.
• Drive post-sales success by troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing solutions through production.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer security posture through enhancements and integrations.
• Deliver technical training and support effective adoption of the platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in a technical role.
• Strong software development background with experience in solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and technical delivery.
• Deep knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, security controls, detection techniques, and attack methodologies.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, network security, firewalls, NAC, segmentation, network topologies, and network-based attacks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, presentation, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with DevOps technologies.
• Experience with incident response or threat hunting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
