What you will do

• Define end-to-end software architecture blueprints for scalable, secure, high-performance digital products.
• Design secure AI and LLM integrations for industrial monitoring, predictive maintenance, and autonomous operational environments.
• Assess and protect customer OT/ICS environments, including SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems, against cyber-physical threats.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes, select technology stacks, and mitigate architectural risks.
• Guide agile engineering teams through implementation, code reviews, CI/CD automation, testing, and technical problem-solving.
• Advise energy customers on threat modeling, secure connectivity, network segmentation, compliance, and incident readiness.

Requirements

• Based in Tel Aviv, Israel for this position.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, including 3 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience with proven OT/ICS and critical energy infrastructure expertise.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture, AWS or Azure, microservices, API design, Docker, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
• Experience securing LLM integrations, AI-driven security testing, industrial protocols such as Modbus, PROFINET, and OPC UA, and standards including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIS2.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is valued.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Experience consuming or fine-tuning machine learning models.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar REST API frameworks and Infrastructure as Code.
