Director of IT & Information Security (Cybersecurity): Leading global corporate IT and enterprise security programs across infrastructure, security operations, threat modeling, and compliance with an accent on modernization, automation, risk management, and large-scale transformation. Focus on building global IT capabilities, directing penetration testing and incident response, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and aligning security operations with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements.
Location: Hybrid role based in Ramat Gan, Israel, Tel Aviv District

What you will do
- Own the global IT and security strategy, operating model, roadmap, P&L, and budgets.
- Lead infrastructure, networks, systems, service desk, end-user computing, IAM, and collaboration platforms.
- Direct global technology programs covering infrastructure modernization, migrations, workplace technology, M&A integrations, and cross-functional transformation.
- Lead corporate security operations across endpoint, network, email, identity, SIEM/SOC, vulnerability management, cloud security, and security architecture.
- Direct threat modeling, penetration testing, red-team engagements, vulnerability remediation, security monitoring, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Partner with GRC and DevSecOps leadership and provide executive and Board/Audit Committee visibility into security posture, risks, budgets, and strategic priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience across IT operations, infrastructure, and information security.
- 4+ years leading teams at Director level or above, preferably with ownership of multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Experience managing IT and security budgets, vendor negotiations, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
- Track record delivering large-scale global enterprise IT programs from scoping through adoption.
- Hands-on knowledge of EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM/SSO, network security, DLP, email security, and modern security operations.
- Experience with threat modeling, penetration testing or red-team engagements, and security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

- CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GPEN, or equivalent certification.
