Cyber Security Engineering Tech Lead (Fintech)

Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel. Hybrid work model with three days per week in the North Tel Aviv office and two days working from home.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and controls across cloud, SaaS, AI, and corporate environments.
• Strengthen cloud security, protect sensitive data, manage identity and access, and improve the organization's security posture.
• Deploy, operate, and optimize security technologies across identity, endpoint, network, email, cloud, SaaS, data protection, and security operations.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate security risks, vulnerabilities, cloud exposures, and SaaS security findings.
• Lead end-to-end security projects with Engineering, DevOps, IT, and Security Operations teams, including automation and scalable security solutions.
• Support secure AI adoption and align security controls with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Information Security experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Security Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of IT Infrastructure or Systems Engineering experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, MDM, and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience securing AWS, Azure, and GCP with modern cloud security platforms such as CNAPP and CSPM.
• Experience implementing IAM capabilities including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and encryption.
• Experience with enterprise security technologies including firewalls, VPN, WAF, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, SIEM, and SASE.
• Familiarity with security frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Nice to have

• Experience securing enterprise AI environments, including AI governance, security controls, and Model Context Protocol.
• Scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or REST APIs.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, CCSP, GIAC, or AWS Security Specialty.
