Lead Product Designer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the product design vision and strategy for intuitive, user-centered experiences in data-rich environments.
• Mentor and coach product designers, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar through reviews and critiques.
• Evolve the design language for intelligent systems, including suggestion flows and explainable AI patterns.
• Translate complex AI, cyber, and operational workflows into accessible product experiences.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, analysts, and cyber researchers to shape roadmaps and priorities.
• Own design outcomes from concept through execution and post-launch iteration, including design processes, research, usability testing, and the design system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products end to end, including experience leading or mentoring designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and refined UI execution.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of design best practices.
• Experience building and scaling design systems and component libraries.
• Experience influencing product strategy and partnering with senior stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leads.
• BA/BS in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience working on cybersecurity products.
• Experience with AI, predictive systems, complex data, or emerging interaction modalities.
