Senior Product Designer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship is required. Preference is given to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Total compensation: $180,000, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity options.

hirify.global is a Series A software supply chain security company building a platform that helps enterprises understand their software, reduce vulnerability risk, and ship curated container images with near-zero CVEs.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product workflows covering risk understanding, remediation, governance, reporting, onboarding, and administration.
• Redesign data-dense experiences such as vulnerability lists, image and workload inventories, cluster views, risk summaries, and operational dashboards.
• Define information architecture, interaction models, tables, filters, search, comparison, visualizations, and drill-down experiences for complex datasets.
• Partner with Product and Engineering from problem definition through prototyping, implementation, usability testing, and shipped software.
• Evolve the design system and reusable interaction patterns across enterprise workflows.
• Support website, launches, presentations, sales materials, and broader brand consistency for approximately 20% of the role.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required because the role supports federal government projects.
• 5+ years of product design experience with complex B2B, enterprise, platform, developer, infrastructure, data, or operational products.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped product work, complex workflows, and data-dense interfaces.
• Strong systems thinking, interaction design, information architecture, UX, visual design, and product judgment.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, design systems, responsive layouts, and prototypes.
• Regular practical use of modern AI tools in the design process and clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, observability, developer tools, or developer platforms.
• Experience with container security, Kubernetes, vulnerability management, software supply chain security, RBAC, policy, governance, compliance, audit, or multi-tenant systems.
• Experience shipping AI-native or agent-driven product experiences and prototyping with Cursor, v0, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• Experience mentoring designers, directing agencies, acting as a senior design voice, or using product analytics to improve experiences.
