Agile Release Train Engineer - Seamless Travel (SAFe)

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile Release Train processes and ceremonies, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams.
• Coach teams, stakeholders, and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
• Support the implementation of Scaled Agile Framework practices and the flow of value.
• Manage and optimize Agile Release Train planning, including Program Increment events and readiness.
• Track and communicate ART metrics to support predictability and informed decision-making.
• Align strategy and execution with stakeholders while identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of IT experience, including 2–4 years managing concurrent deliveries in scaled Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe practices and experience managing complex deliveries involving multiple teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for planning and reporting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
