Senior Program Manager - Onshore Wind Platform Development

Location: Denmark, Midtjylland, Brande; Spain; Portugal. Remote/flexible work is available. Travel to various locations is required for at least 40% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead the 7.X onshore wind product development program from concept approval through market introduction.
• Own the integrated program plan, including critical paths, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and budget adherence.
• Drive program governance, PLM@WIND compliance, milestone planning, and Gate readiness.
• Coordinate Chief Engineers, Module Program Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, industrialization, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial functions.
• Resolve execution issues and maintain transparent reporting to the Head of Platform.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex product development programs or large engineering projects in the wind industry or an OEM environment.
• Essential fluency in PLM@WIND.
• Strong expertise in program planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, and cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization.
• Engineering, technical, or management degree with a solid understanding of product development and lifecycle governance.
• Availability to travel at least 40% of the time.
