Growth Marketing Specialist (Financial Services)

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Drive qualified leads, attract new clients, and support revenue goals through referral-generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Manage events and follow-up activities, including event coordination and relationship building.
• Create and oversee content across social media, email, podcasts, websites, and advertising platforms.
• Track leads, conversions, engagement, referrals, and campaign ROI to refine marketing strategies.
• Coordinate video editing, transcription, disclosures, compliance submissions, podcast scheduling, and recording.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience running marketing campaigns with measurable lead or appointment results.
• Experience working under compliance review, preferably in financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, organizational, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Strong computer aptitude and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or the ability to learn these tools.
• Ability to represent the organization with external clients and cultivate relationships with outside organizations.
• Basic understanding of hirify.global Financial products and services.
