LATAM Senior Software Engineer (React & .NET)

Location: Remote, available only from Mexico, El Salvador, or Colombia

What you will do

• Develop features requiring novel technical designs and incorporate AI technologies to improve innovation and performance.
• Build responsive user interfaces, data-driven REST APIs, and administer databases, cloud infrastructure, or servers.
• Guide sprint planning, technical task delegation, acceptance criteria, delivery risks, and team capacity.
• Manage pipelines, environments, and key deliverables as the sprint technical subject-matter expert.
• Mentor junior and peer developers through collaboration, code reviews, and guidance on AI tools and engineering practices.
• Present technical and sprint demonstrations, including API methods and automated deployment processes, while collaborating with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional experience with relevant technologies and projects, including DevOps practices.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript for interactive and responsive user interfaces.
• Experience building .NET applications and server-side solutions with C#.
• Experience designing secure, efficient RESTful APIs and working with databases such as SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture and front-end/back-end integration.
• Experience collaborating with client stakeholders, documenting technical approaches, and connecting development work to business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Intensive technical training or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience mentoring developers and preventing technical debt through engineering best practices.
