TL;DR
Fullstack Software Engineer (PHP/JavaScript): Building and evolving a feature-rich enterprise SaaS platform with an accent on frontend and backend development, highly available systems, security, and flexible user configuration. Focus on analyzing functional specifications, designing and implementing features, refactoring existing code, reviewing code, and applying engineering best practices through production monitoring.
Location: Argentina; candidates must be based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza. Hybrid work includes one day per week at the nearest office.

What you will do
- Collaborate with the Product Team to analyze and refine functional specifications.
- Design and implement features across frontend and backend systems.
- Analyze existing code and perform refactoring to improve code quality.
- Review code and promote engineering best practices throughout development.
- Contribute to monitoring and maintaining features in production.
- Develop a flexible, secure, highly available, and performant enterprise platform.
Requirements
- Professional experience in software development with expertise in both frontend and backend.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Fluency in object-oriented programming languages, preferably PHP and/or JavaScript.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work and interest in emerging AI capabilities.
- Must be based in one of the specified Argentine locations.
Nice to have
- Open-source experience or contributions using a Linux or Unix distribution.
