Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript/React)

Location: In-office in London, UK or Berlin, Germany

Salary: £70,000–£120,000 annual base/bonus compensation plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Build frontend and backend features across most parts of the hirify.global codebase.
• Implement user-facing functionality and deliver new features quickly.
• Design modular, reusable open-source components for use in third-party applications.
• Optimize data structures, storage systems, and frontend performance.
• Collaborate directly with UX/UI designers and company leadership, including the CEO and CTO.

Requirements

• In-office work in London, UK or Berlin, Germany is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Comfort working across frontend and backend engineering.
• Ability to build performant solutions and optimize data structures and storage systems.
• Interest in moving quickly while maintaining high-quality, modular implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust.
• Experience with Effect, HTML Canvas, frontend graphics, and animation libraries.
• Familiarity with Material UI, Base UI, Ariakit, Panda, or similar component and type-safe styling systems.
