Program Manager - APAC

Salary: $85,500–$125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs from product ideation through end-of-life.
• Drive timelines, resources, scope, cost, and schedule for product development, manufacturing, and market launch.
• Manage program risks, mitigation plans, contingencies, and delivery progress.
• Use KPIs and data to support decision-making across functional teams.
• Coordinate global information and support local teams as a business conduit.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies focused on sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or business management is highly desired.
• 3–4+ years of direct program management experience.
• Experience in new product development or program management; consumer goods experience is strongly preferred.
• Cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to lead through influence and address executives, suppliers, peers, and customers.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or a similar tool, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong presentation, communication, accountability, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
