Live Support Coordinator (EV Charging)

What you will do

• Provide real-time technical support to field technicians during on-site EV charger interventions.
• Diagnose hardware, firmware, and network issues remotely using monitoring and communication tools.
• Escalate complex cases to suppliers and follow up through resolution.
• Monitor charger health and performance to identify potential failures early.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, service documentation, FAQs, manuals, and training materials.
• Coordinate between field teams, engineering, product, and suppliers while recording recurring issues and supporting diagnostic tools.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French at C1/C2 level and working proficiency in English.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, EV charging, or a related field.
• Experience in remote technical support, field service coordination, or technical escalations.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, structured communication, and documentation skills.
• Ownership of issues through resolution and effective collaboration with field, engineering, and product teams.
• Knowledge of EV charging standards such as OCPP, networking, and firmware is beneficial.
