Specialist Engine & Nacelle Integration In-service (f/m) (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops and supports civil aircraft and aerospace systems, with this role focused on engine and nacelle functional integration across hirify.global civil fleets.

What you will do

• Resolve complex technical issues arising during the in-service phase and address urgent constraints from production teams and global airlines.
• Act as a technical authority for compliance and ensure engine and nacelle functional architecture meets airworthiness requirements.
• Manage interfaces between propulsion mechanisms and aircraft systems, including hydraulic, fuel, bleed air, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineers, Flight Test, Customer Support, and Design Office teams.
• Support operational milestones, work package activities, continuous product improvement, and fleet reliability.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience, ideally in complex propulsion or powerplant environments.
• Technical versatility across aerodynamics, materials, electric power, and mechanics.
• Experience collaborating with and interfacing with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English at negotiation level is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.
