What you will do
- Evangelize the company culture and beliefs externally.
- Create content and storytelling across blogs, social media, talks, and communities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through employer branding.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Automate and streamline recruitment processes.
- Support parts of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding handoffs.
Requirements
- Experience in employer branding, communications, or content creation at a culture-first company.
- Experience building talent pools and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with new technologies and a strong interest in automating repetitive tasks.
- Experience working with hybrid, centralized, and distributed organizations.
- Strong multicultural interpersonal skills.
- Creative, structured, effective, humble, and self-confident approach.
