ICT Risk & Vendor Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first approach with the option to work remotely one day per week

A profitable fintech scale-up providing technology-enabled financing to small businesses across Northern Europe.

What you will do

• Build and execute the first-line Third-Party Risk Management framework, capability mapping, and feature cataloguing.
• Lead operational readiness for DORA compliance by mapping, classifying, and monitoring critical ICT third-party providers.
• Manage procurement processes and software implementation projects from planning through delivery.
• Create playbooks for onboarding, integration, cutover, and offboarding, and translate contract terms into SLA monitoring workflows.
• Coordinate Legal, Operations, Cyber Security, and executive stakeholders and act as the first-line contact for ICT audits.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT vendor governance, procurement, ICT operational risk, or third-party risk management.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks for financial systems and fintech scale-ups, particularly DORA requirements.
• Project management experience covering software onboarding, implementation planning, and vendor capability mapping.
• Professional background in banking, financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment.
• Structured approach to third-party risk, implementation risks, system capabilities, and operational standards.

Nice to have

• CRISC, CISA, or Certified DORA Compliance Specialist certification.
