Cloud Security Engineer (Azure/AWS)

Location: Hybrid role based in offices in Sweden, Denmark or Norway, with 2–3 days per week in the office. Applicants must have eligibility to work in the country where they apply; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own security for Azure and AWS public cloud environments and private data centre infrastructure.
• Design, implement, operate, and continuously improve security controls, including network segmentation, firewall policies, system hardening, and patching.
• Manage infrastructure vulnerabilities end to end, from scoping and triage through remediation tracking and closure.
• Provide threat modelling and secure design input for infrastructure changes.
• Support infrastructure security monitoring, application security testing, and the prioritization of scanner and dependency findings.

Requirements

• Hands-on infrastructure security experience in private data centre environments and Azure, AWS, or both.
• Deep expertise in firewall security, VLANs, segmentation, WAF, TLS/mTLS, VPNs, workload and configuration security, and system hardening.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, or similar virtualization platforms, plus Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration.
• Practical experience with threat hunting, threat modelling, vulnerability management, networking, SOC/SIEM platforms, and cloud security posture management.
• Experience with application security testing, OWASP or similar frameworks, vulnerability scanning, SAST, DAST, and SCA tools such as Tenable or Snyk.
• Must be eligible to work in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Terraform, Bicep, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Programming experience with .NET, Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Penetration testing, red team experience, or an offensive security mindset.
• AI or agentic security experience.
• Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, DORA, SaaS, or regulated environments; OSCP, CREST, CISSP, CCSP, or relevant vendor certifications.

Hiring process

• Screening call with Talent Acquisition.
• First interview with the Hiring Manager/CISO, followed by an interview with the Product & Technology Lead.
