Branch Manager - University Hills

Base salary: $90,750–$151,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and daily execution.
• Lead consultative sales, business development, community involvement, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omnichannel customer experiences and resolve client issues.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch talent through ongoing performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Strong accountability, decision-making, communication, delegation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Must work in the Denver branch office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
