What you will do

  • Draft and review employment contracts and shareholder agreements.
  • Assist with stock option programs and other incentive schemes.
  • Manage licensing and compliance applications, including processes involving Finansinspektionen.
  • Collaborate directly with experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders on corporate legal matters.
  • Explore how AI and technology can streamline legal work.

Requirements

  • Legal student interested in gaining practical experience in corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of or interest in corporate and contract law.
  • Detail-oriented approach and ability to solve complex legal questions.
  • Ability to adapt legal knowledge to real-world business situations.
  • Self-driven approach with effective time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
