Junior Paralegal

Location: Remote from Belarus

What you will do

• Prepare first drafts of NDAs, service agreements, statements of work, and amendments from approved templates.
• Proofread contracts and check defined terms, cross-references, consistency, and missing details.
• Maintain contract registers for different jurisdictions, including key dates and renewals.
• Conduct basic legal research and prepare concise summaries.
• Support compliance work by collecting documents, completing questionnaires, and preparing checklists.
• Coordinate signatures, document flow, and communication with internal teams.

Requirements

• Completed law degree or final-year law student status.
• 0–1 year of legal experience, including internships.
• English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of civil and labour law.
• Strong attention to detail, document accuracy, organisation, reliability, and confidentiality.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams; confident use of MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in an IT company, law firm, or in-house legal team.
• Basic understanding of software development contracts, licensing, and intellectual property assignment.
• Awareness of data protection rules.
