Senior .NET Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid); 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Salary: 20,000–29,000 PLN + VAT per month on a B2B contract, plus ESOPs.

What you will do

• Own services end-to-end, including reliability, evolution, and client relationships.
• Join a core engineering squad focused on premium features, SaaS product reinvention, or AI and on-premises applications.
• Co-own the squad backlog and help shape technical direction in an autonomous team.
• Maintain and evolve applications running inside bank environments while preparing them for hybrid on-premises and SaaS deployment.
• Set a high engineering standard through code reviews, disciplined testing, and reliability-focused technical decisions.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with database-heavy systems using MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
• Ability to own features from initial discussion through deployment in the client environment.
• Business-oriented approach to client needs, product collaboration, commercial priorities, and support feedback.
• Ability to work effectively within demanding on-premises bank environments.
• Regular use of AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Azure, RabbitMQ, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, or Helm charts.
• Fintech experience.
