Software Developer – Regulatory Reporting and Analytical Tools (AI)

Location: Poland; hybrid work setup. Work from almost anywhere is available for up to 20 days per year.

Annual gross base pay: PLN 169,000–330,000, plus potential bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Design, build, and support end-to-end regulatory data flows using the Axiom ControllerView platform.
• Translate regulatory requirements into accurate and scalable configurations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage client interactions for a portfolio of more than 50 clients and resolve support issues.
• Perform unit testing, create documentation, and maintain reporting tools and data processes.
• Contribute to AI-powered features that connect to knowledge bases and automate regulatory workflows.

Requirements

• Experience with Axiom ControllerView or a comparable regulatory reporting tool.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting processes, including document and release cycles.
• Ability to read and interpret SQL queries and understand data flows in reporting systems.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Taxonomy Reporting for regulatory jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with AI tools, use cases, or products in financial services or fintech.
• Experience with Jira or similar delivery-tracking tools.
