Backend Developer (.NET)

Location: Cyprus (hybrid), Poland or Estonia (onsite)

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support backend services focused on integrations with external systems and services.
• Build automated unit tests, participate in code reviews, and improve engineering quality.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, identify bottlenecks, and resolve backend bugs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout integration projects.
• Maintain clean, well-organized, and automated codebases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience, ideally with C# and .NET.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting backend issues.
• Ability to work from Cyprus in a hybrid setup, or from Poland or Estonia onsite.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Azure, CI/CD, automated testing, and relational databases.
• Background in forex, financial markets, or fintech.
