DevOps Engineer (Multicloud)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 remote days

Salary: 20,000–25,000 PLN + VAT on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Drive the multicloud strategy by designing, validating, and operationalising AWS alongside the existing Azure environment.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation across environments.
• Partner with engineering squads on cloud migration decisions that withstand production client load.
• Maintain production reliability while the underlying infrastructure evolves.
• Introduce AI tooling, automation, and testing into the DevOps workflow.
• Protect reliability and security by challenging shortcuts that create operational risk.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years working with public clouds.
• Production experience running infrastructure at scale for real clients.
• Experience with multiple cloud providers or leading a genuine cloud migration.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Azure, AWS, and CI/CD, including FluxCD or ArgoCD.
• Experience working in regulated or high-stakes environments with security and on-premises constraints.
• Practical use of AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code in daily engineering work.

• Cluster observability and monitoring stacks.
