Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Shape and execute the roadmap for a core product area serving large banks.
• Lead products from discovery through launch and iteration with engineering, design, sales, delivery, and bank clients.
• Work directly with bank stakeholders and end users to understand problems and validate solutions.
• Drive experimentation and continuous improvement using product analytics, customer feedback, and AI model evaluation.
• Partner with engineering on LLM-based features, including model selection, prompt and context design, evaluation, and tool integration.
• Support product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of digital product outcomes, ideally in B2B or B2B2C software.
• Strong customer-facing experience and the ability to translate customer insight into product decisions.
• Solid understanding of LLM-based experiences, retrieval, agentic tool use, and evaluation.
• Practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor, including the ability to build working prototypes.
• Strong commercial judgment, structured thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, data infrastructure, transaction data, enrichment, open banking, PFM, or customer intelligence.
• Experience working with enterprise banks and procurement, legal, and compliance processes.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI products in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with agentic orchestration frameworks, MCP, or modern LLM evaluation methods.
• Relevant academic degree.
