Product Management Senior Expert (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 2 office days per week expected

Salary: PLN 28,000–33,000 monthly

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision for a strategic sustainability use case, from customer problem and data requirements through roadmap, launch, and market outcomes.
• Research customer and competitor solutions and validate problems directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts.
• Use AI prototyping tools, LLM APIs, and lightweight services to test assumptions and demonstrate working concepts.
• Partner with engineering, product squads, strategic use case leads, and commercial teams to drive delivery and go-to-market.
• Define success measures and lead evidence-based persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Technical fluency with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript.
• AI-native working methods across discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Experience or strong curiosity in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains.
• Fluent English is required as the primary working language.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience use cases.
