Business Systems Product Owner – Ivalua (Source to Pay), Lund

What you will do

• Own the Ivalua roadmap and backlog, prioritizing development according to business value and IT needs.
• Lead the intake and evaluation of change requests, translating business needs into requirements, process flows, and solution proposals.
• Coordinate with the IT Product Owner on priorities, access management, profiles, licenses, and support models.
• Lead maintenance and implementation projects, including testing, documentation, training, adoption, and value follow-up.
• Lead the Ivalua User Forum and coordinate stakeholders, business administrators, and user functions.
• Maintain an overview of Ivalua data and integrations and contribute to broader transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the Source to Pay process, such as purchasing or sourcing.
• Experience with Ivalua or a similar Source to Pay system and SRM tools.
• Experience as a Product Owner or within a product ownership structure, including roadmap and backlog management.
• Experience defining requirements and designing solutions using process diagrams and requirements documentation.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business processes.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English are required.

• Experience with system implementations or major enhancement programs.
