Associate, Trading Credit, Corporate Banking (Derivatives)

What you will do

• Manage credit relationships for a portfolio initially focused on large European fund managers and European banks.
• Conduct counterparty, industry, portfolio, and financial statement analysis to assess credit risk.
• Monitor credit quality, global credit exposure, financial conditions, industry trends, and economic developments.
• Work with trading floor marketers and traders to structure credit facilities for derivatives and other trading products.
• Monitor approved credit arrangements, identify changes in client risk, and provide timely recommendations.
• Support due diligence and collaborate with Legal, Documentation, Trading, and Risk Management stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in credit risk analysis related to fund managers, funds, and/or bank counterparties.
• Good knowledge of derivative products and capital markets activity.
• Sound knowledge of derivatives documentation, especially ISDA and CSA.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and assessing customer credit risk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
