What you will do

• Evaluate and execute residential real estate investment transactions across acquisition and funding structures.
• Build and maintain financial models, investment appraisals, underwriting tools, transaction trackers, and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare Investment Committee papers, approval materials, presentations, investment rationales, return analyses, and risk recommendations.
• Conduct site, location, demographic, housing demand, pricing, rental, affordability, and comparable transaction analysis.
• Coordinate legal, technical, valuation, agency, finance, development, asset management, and operations stakeholders throughout due diligence and transaction delivery.
• Present recommendations, respond to challenge, and manage multiple workstreams to agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate investment, transactions, corporate finance, valuation, or investment advisory.
• Strong commercial judgement, financial modelling, investment appraisal, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Experience preparing investment papers, presentations, or other decision-making materials.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and demanding deadlines.
• Genuine interest in residential real estate investment and the wider living sector.

Nice to have

• CFA, CAIA, ACA, or another relevant professional qualification.
