Salary: $56,700.00–$93,300.00 per year

What you will do

• Review purchase requisitions, solicit vendor quotes, negotiate prices and delivery terms, and place purchase orders.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supplier quality or delivery issues.
• Evaluate suppliers and assist with vendor selection and development.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and optimize replenishment.
• Support procurement compliance, cost control, budget adherence, and management reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
