Sr. Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)

Location: Onsite in hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States, four days per week. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $92,400–$141,000 annually, plus performance bonus or variable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize innovative bathing products for performance, manufacturability, cost, quality, and customer experience.
• Lead technical direction from concept development through engineering validation, commercialization, and redesign.
• Perform feasibility analyses, engineering calculations, tolerance stacks, CAD modeling, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Lead technical design reviews, FMEAs, brainstorming sessions, prototyping, and product testing.
• Coordinate engineering designs, product specifications, bills of materials, and launch documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, program management, industrial design, operations, and global engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• At least four years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of CAD modeling and experience analyzing, testing, and resolving complex technical problems.
• Ability to own engineering deliverables and coordinate supporting work across contributors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
