Project Manager (CNS/Rare Disease)

What you will do

• Develop and manage clinical project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
• Support project and program management delivery and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, project management, business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of clinical research experience or demonstrated equivalent competencies.
• At least 2 years of direct global clinical project management experience.
• Proven experience managing clinical projects from inception to completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Clinical project management experience in CNS or rare disease is required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• Clinical project management experience at a CRO or biotech company.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
