Summer Intern EH&S (Automotive)

Annual base salary: $56,400–$91,700

What you will do

• Organize EHS records and maintain shared drive folders.
• Support chemical management activities and help maintain accurate safety information.
• Research and summarize regulatory requirements applicable to site operations.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for EHS compliance activities, programs, and documentation.
• Evaluate existing EHS programs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support inspections, audits, emergency preparedness activities, and other EHS projects.

Requirements

• Rising senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
• Currently pursuing Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and shared drives.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
