Post Production Producer (Automotive)

hirify.global is building affordable, customizable electric vehicles in the United States, supported by an in-house production studio and marketing fleet program.

What you will do

• Own post-production scheduling and workflows for photo, video, and motion deliverables across e-commerce, educational, internal communications, and brand content.
• Source, vet, brief, and manage freelance editors, colorists, VFX artists, and motion artists.
• Manage end-to-end post-production in DaVinci Resolve, including cloud collaboration, proxy and media management, and color finishing handoffs.
• Oversee cloud-based editing, video hosting, review, and approval workflows using platforms such as Frame.io, LucidLink, and Shade.inc.
• Track deadlines, versions, revisions, approvals, ingest, QC, metadata, and final delivery in Smartsheet and Brandfolder.
• Partner with shoot producers, the Creative Director, EP, Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Training and Education teams to resolve bottlenecks and approve final assets.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of post-production experience in an in-house, agency, or production-company environment with high-volume, multi-format content needs.
• Deep working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve across editing, color, VFX, Fusion, and cloud collaboration workflows.
• Experience managing freelance post-production talent, including staffing, briefing, vetting, rates, and deal structures.
• Experience with cloud-based editing and review pipelines, DAM platforms, asset metadata, and taxonomy best practices.
• Experience with production tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or Monday.
• Strong visual-quality judgment, brand consistency, organizational skills, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Automotive, commercial photography, or commercial video experience.
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still being built.
