Videographer Digital Content Creator

Location: Springfield, Missouri, at hirify.global Base Camp. The role requires approximately 50% travel throughout the United States, including remote outdoor environments, boats and watercraft, uneven terrain, and changing weather conditions.

What you will do

• Capture high-quality video for brand campaigns, product marketing, outdoor lifestyle productions, digital advertising, social media, television, in-store displays, and internal communications.
• Operate professional cinema cameras and production equipment from manufacturers such as RED, Sony, and DJI.
• Plan shoots with producers and creative teams, developing concepts, shot lists, locations, schedules, and equipment requirements.
• Execute studio and on-location productions independently or collaboratively across varied environments and weather conditions.
• Collaborate with editors during post-production and assist with editing, color correction, color grading, and media preparation.
• Support studio operations, company events, corporate broadcasts, interviews, live event coverage, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, video production, digital media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in videography, cinematography, video production, or digital content creation.
• Professional portfolio or demo reel demonstrating cinematography, visual storytelling, and technical production capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of cinematography, composition, lighting, audio recording, stabilization, and production workflows.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% and work in outdoor environments, including variable weather, watercraft, uneven terrain, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended travel periods.

Nice to have

• Experience with Avid Media Composer and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in an in-house creative department, production company, advertising agency, or digital marketing agency.
• Experience producing outdoor lifestyle, product, or branded content.
• Strong interest in hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and related outdoor activities.
