Senior Manager in Insurance

Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with work from the Amsterdam office or client sites.

What you will do

• Lead consulting teams and deliver projects for insurance and financial services clients.
• Drive client development, business growth, revenue improvement, proposals, and client materials.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants while collaborating with international hirify.global offices.
• Develop business and digital strategies, business plans, market studies, financial models, benchmarks, and data analyses.
• Lead business improvement, regulatory and operational risk transformation, innovation, and project management engagements.
• Contribute to the Dutch insurance market through articles, blogs, networking, and industry analysis.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in management consulting.
• Experience delivering change for a top-tier insurance company; banking experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, technologies, insurtech, and fintech.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and an established network in the Dutch insurance market.
• Strong academic background in business, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• Native Dutch is required; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
