Director, IT Application Solutions Management - Integration (SAP)

Location: Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, United States. Full-time role with approximately 20% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $168,000–$231,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Own the functional architecture and multi-year roadmap for opportunity-to-order BOM, Configure-to-Order, Engineer-to-Order, and related SAP platforms.
• Architect complex SAP Variant Configuration models, Sales Order BOM processes, pricing, customer specials, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Design BRIM solutions for subscriptions, usage-based services, convergent charging, invoicing, and FI-CA.
• Lead global SAP transformation programs from strategy and blueprinting through implementation, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Define architecture standards, governance, solution options, business cases, and migration paths to S/4HANA.
• Lead and develop global solution architects, functional leads, and analysts while advising senior business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP experience in Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, and complex product configuration, including 8+ years in senior architecture and people leadership.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP Variant Configuration, including modeling, object dependencies, variant tables and functions, configuration profiles, pricing, and multi-level configuration.
• Proven experience with Sales Order BOMs, SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SD, pricing, and integration with PP, MM, PS, and FI.
• Experience designing Engineer-to-Order or Configure-to-Order solutions, customer specials, non-standard configurations, and complex pricing.
• Experience leading large global SAP deployments and designing SAP BRIM or comparable subscription and usage-based billing solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP Advanced Variant Configuration, SAP Solution Sales Configuration, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, capital equipment, industrial machinery, or engineered-product industries.
• Experience leading VC-to-AVC, CRM-to-S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud, or CPQ migrations.
• Familiarity with PLM integration, Teamcenter, engineering change management, and service or installed-base processes.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or SAP certifications in SD, VC, or S/4HANA Sales.
