Chief Financial Officer (AI)

Location: Miami Beach, US; onsite. Miami is preferred.

Salary: Around $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Own group finances and lead the finance team.
• Rethink and rebuild finance operations, simplifying the legacy setup.
• Manage international accounts, cash management, company structures, tax efficiency, and compliance.
• Build the venture capital arm focused on frontier technology and AI-native businesses.
• Work directly with company leadership and contribute hands-on to financial strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Professional financial qualification.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to work hands-on.
• Experience or background in gaming, technology, hospitality, or cruise lines is relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial structures and maintain accuracy and control.
• Current practical use of AI tools such as Claude.
• Ability to work onsite in Miami Beach, US; Miami is preferred.
