Senior .NET Developer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Workforce Management products using C# and .NET.
• Build backend functionality, RESTful APIs, and data-driven applications with SQL.
• Develop new features and modernize established solutions.
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions, analysis, estimation, and documentation.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Support and mentor other developers while improving development practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong skills in C# .NET, object-oriented design, SQL, software development lifecycle, source code quality, UML, unit testing, estimation, and documentation.
• Good knowledge of ASP.NET Web API, RESTful APIs, web development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, IIS, and software architecture.
• English proficiency is required.
• Ability to analyse problems independently, evaluate technical trade-offs, take ownership, and learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Good proficiency in Swedish.
• AI-assisted software development experience.
• Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Web Forms, Angular, TypeScript, JIRA, or TFS experience.
