Software Engineer (Simulation & Testing)

Location: Malmö, Sweden; permanent onsite role requiring residence in Sweden and work from the office most of the time

What you will do

• Build and evolve digital solutions supporting hirify.global product development.
• Develop and maintain software applications, services, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Contribute across the product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Experience developing modern software solutions and solving technical challenges.
• Experience with version control, testing, automation, and continuous delivery.
• Interest in cloud technologies and modern application development.
• Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Must be based in Sweden and able to work from the Malmö office.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and services.
• API development, integrations, or backend services.
