TL;DR
Applied AI Analyst (AI/Process Automation): Discovering and validating high-value opportunities for AI-assisted process automation across business departments and product engineering with an accent on process analysis, lightweight prototyping, and measurable business outcomes. Focus on translating unclear business problems into testable AI solutions, evaluating risk and feasibility, and transferring validated solutions to production teams.

What you will do
- Map business processes with process owners, operational teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and opportunities for AI-assisted or automated workflows.
- Translate business problems into use cases, requirements, hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation scenarios.
- Assess business value, feasibility, data readiness, operational risk, and required controls.
- Build and validate lightweight AI prototypes using internal data, documents, systems, APIs, and agentic workflows.
- Support Product Engineers and the AI Platform Team in moving validated solutions into production and transferring ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering, business analysis, process automation, AI engineering, or a related role.
- Strong process analysis, mapping, improvement, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience building or contributing to AI-enabled prototypes or automation workflows.
- Solid understanding of software engineering, APIs, system integrations, AI security, privacy, and operational risks.
- Swedish proficiency at C1/C2 level required.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Quick, process mining, workflow engines, or business-process redesign.
- Experience with agent tools, MCP, document extraction, classification, or knowledge-based AI solutions.
- Experience supporting solutions from discovery through production handover.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated industry.
