Responsible Gaming Governance Product Officer - 12 Month FTC (iGaming)

What you will do

• Define and translate responsible gaming governance, compliance, and business needs into product requirements.
• Support the end-to-end rollout of detection and intervention systems, including requirements, calibration, output validation, and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation covering system configuration and performance across markets.
• Own the responsible gaming system QA framework, including calibration checks, performance monitoring, stakeholder feedback, and improvement identification.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams on system enhancements.
• Deliver educational sessions and help stakeholders understand system performance data.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of responsible gaming experience in regulated environments.
• Understanding of responsible gaming detection systems and player intervention workflows.
• Strong cross-stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver training and build stakeholder understanding.
• Strategic analytical thinking and ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
• Meticulous documentation skills and a solution-oriented, self-starting approach.
